Clearance Cards for the State of Arizona ONLY

For level one and IVP cards. Start with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. After you have completed and paid for the processing of your Clearance Card, go into the Message area on your account and retrieve the Reference Number that starts with either a "P" or "IVPP". You will need this Reference Number to register and pay for the actual fingerprinting.
Now go to the Fieldprint website to register and pay. Once you have paid you will receive an appointment number. We will need this number in order to fingerprint you. We can fingerprint anyone before your appointment day and time.
University Postal does State of Arizona fingerprinting on a walk-in basis during the hours of Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm you must have the appointment number from Fieldprint.
